There are two ways to get in touch with us: either through the Help Center, or through the Enscape software itself.
- If you are encountering technical issues, crashes or errors in the Enscape software, please send us an error report via the Feedback button in the Enscape menu in your CAD software. Here is a guide on how to submit an error report. Please note that if you are experiencing a technical issue, we will generally always need your logfiles - contacting us through the Feedback button in Enscape therefore will save time during the troubleshooting process.
- If you have questions about any other topic (new orders, payments, issues with your license, general questions), you can open a support ticket via this Help Center. Simply click the "Submit a request" link at the top of the screen.
Please note that you need to have an Enscape account to submit a support ticket. You can log in with your existing Enscape account; if you do not have an Enscape account yet, you will be invited to create one.
