When receivng the "There is a problem with this windows intaller package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." error during installation, this is usually caused by a missing DLL file.
In that case this is usually resolved by installing the Visual Studio Redistributable found here.
Please be sure to install the x64 version.
